Digital Badging

I collaborated with two fellow members of my instructional design course on a project that involved the creation of micro-learning materials. Micro-learning, an effective approach for adult learners, allows for gradual adaptation to new procedures, policies, or trends in their respective fields. Our motivation stemmed from the realization that current methods of adult learning often proved inadequate, as large chunks of time were frequently dedicated to informational sessions or online courses. In response, we opted to break down our material into small, manageable sections that learners could complete at their convenience. To achieve this, we developed an integrated multimedia plan, encompassing videos, podcasts, and digital badges.
